Sinead Domican
Sinead is a dedicated Psychotherapist and Supervisor with extensive experience in supporting clients facing a diverse range of challenges. She employs an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates a variety of models, including person-centered therapy, psychodynamic techniques, choice theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and trauma-informed care. With a rich background in the social care sector, Sinead has worked with charitable organizations, Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), corporate businesses, and in private practice. This varied experience allows her to understand and address the unique needs of each client effectively. In addition to her one-on-one therapy practice, Sinead is skilled in delivering and facilitating workshops, courses, and psychoeducational groups, empowering individuals to enhance their mental well-being and personal growth. Through her compassionate approach and professional expertise, Sinead is committed to helping others navigate their therapeutic journey toward healing and fulfillment. Support Areas: grief and bereavement, anger, anxiety, addiction, depression, stress, relationship issues, parenting challenges, trauma, low self-esteem, life transitions, and neurodivergence (including autism and ADHD). Specialist experience in supporting individuals affected by domestic violence and sexual abuse.

Laura Shortall
Laura is an integrative psychotherapist and counsellor, and a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Her therapeutic approach is grounded in the understanding that healing begins with genuine connection, compassionate awareness, and the acceptance of all parts of the self.
Believing that past experiences—especially those held in the body—shape our present reality, Laura works holistically to support clients in uncovering unconscious patterns, restoring inner balance, and fostering emotional resilience. Her integrative style combines relational depth, somatic sensitivity, and a focus on meaning, creating a safe and supportive space for personal transformation.

Psychotherapist
Catherine Noonan
Catherine is an experienced and dedicated psychotherapist with over five years of professional practice. She is accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Her work spans a broad range of issues, including addiction, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD and family dynamics. Catherine brings compassion, insight and a structured therapeutic approach to every client interaction. Catherine currently works in both a clinical residential setting and in private practice. At Cuan Mhuire, Athy, she provides one-to-one psychotherapy and group work in the addiction unit, guided by the philosophy of total abstinence. She draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Choice Theory and Family Systems Therapy to support individuals and their families through recovery and healing. In her private practice, Catherine independently manages a diverse client base, working with adolescents and adults. She carefully assesses each client’s needs and tailors their treatment plans using a combination of humanistic-existential, cognitive-behavioural and multicultural therapeutic frameworks. Her goal is always to foster resilience, restore self-worth and empower clients in achieving emotional and mental wellness.
